An exceedingly well written scene: Jack Nicholson in Five Easy Pieces

Why is the film called Five Easy Pieces? Nicholson's character, Bobby Dupea, is a piano prodigy, and five classical piano pieces are featured in the film:

Chopin - Fantasy in F Minor Op.49
Bach - Chromatic Fantasy and Fugue
Mozart - E-flat Maj. Concerto K.271
Chopin - Prelude Opus 28 in E Minor no. 4
Mozart - Fantasy in D Minor K.397
